A sample is the smallest possible risk you can take on a new supplier, and the most informative. One 100g pack tells you the hair thickness, the cuticle alignment, the true shade, and how the product behaves after a wash — before any bulk money is committed. Buyers who skip this step are the ones who end up with 50 packs they cannot sell.
For qualified wholesale buyers, we provide free samples (1–2 packs) — you cover the shipping cost only. Samples can be mixed across product lines (for example, one tape pack and one weft pack) so a single shipment covers two decisions. Custom-dyed color samples take 3–7 days to prepare; stock shades go out immediately.
Message us on WhatsApp with the essentials: product types, shade numbers, lengths, quantities you are considering, packaging needs, and your destination country. Once the sample passes your tests, the bulk order is the easy part. Production runs 3–5 business days for stock shades and 5–7 business days for custom colors or large orders. You can mix shades and products in one order to satisfy the minimums, and any shade with a special minimum requirement is flagged before you commit.
Before your parcel leaves the factory, we send QC photos of the finished goods so you know exactly what is on the way. Shipping runs 3–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS with a tracking number on every parcel. Need your own label or packaging? OEM and private label is arranged before production starts.
